Requirements
Housing and Real estate Projects:
- Land ownership or land use agreements must be secured (no financing for land acquisition).
- Projects must be fully costed with a comprehensive business plan.
- Contractors need approval from funders.
- Permits, licenses, and approvals must be in place; projects should be at financial-close and shovel-ready.
- Bank guarantees are required for post-construction buyout.
Renewable Energy, Water, and general Infrastructure Projects:
- Projects must be shovel-ready and at financial-close.
- All permits, licenses, and approvals must be secured.
- Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or offtake agreements must be in place.
- No early-stage development funding
- Funders can provide EPCs and contractors for the projects.
